Hydrogen Technology Expo North America in Houston, TX USA. The Louisiana based conglomerate MORRISON ENERGY has signed an Alliance-Cooperation Agreement to jointly pursue offshore and onshore infrastructure and oil and gas EPC opportunities, with operators in the GOM region. This cooperation agreement would combine the engineering expertise and experience of AIMS LLC (Assurance Integrity Management Systems LLC) and the four Morrison operated Offshore Fabrication yards located in Trinidad, Mexico and Louisiana. The combination of the two companies will allow the Alliance to qualify and jointly bid for Medium Jacket EPC works, Engineered Deck, “Turn-Key” Equipment Skids along with entering the Well Intervention and Plug and Abandonment works areas.  Chet Morrison, CEO and Steve Hill, CEO ”look forward to the collaboration to increase our company bookings and providing first class oil field services and Products”.
